Nous sommes partenaires de Kurmi depuis 4 ans et le vendons dans le cadre d&rsquo;une offre de services g\u00e9r\u00e9s appel\u00e9e HCLTech Rendezvous.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Quelle est la proposition de valeur de Kurmi pour vos clients ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Rendezvous, un cadre et un produit interne de HCLTech, est au centre d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;exploitation r\u00e9imagin\u00e9 pour la gestion de l&rsquo;infrastructure des communications unifi\u00e9es. HCLTech Rendezvous comporte 3 modules, D\u00e9couvrir, Surveiller et Automatiser, et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que Kurmi se situe.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kurmi aide nos clients \u00e0 automatiser les cas d&rsquo;utilisation des communications unifi\u00e9es li\u00e9s \u00e0 la maintenance proactive, pr\u00e9ventive et r\u00e9active, comme les MACD, le provisionnement\/d\u00e9provisionnement des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones (ou des utilisateurs), la gestion des DID, le portail libre-service, les mises \u00e0 jour en masse, la migration d&rsquo;une plateforme \u00e0 une autre et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration API avec les outils ITSM, pour n&rsquo;en citer que quelques-uns !<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre offre d&rsquo;automatisation des services g\u00e9r\u00e9s, Kurmi est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour automatiser de 30 \u00e0 50 % des tickets\/incidents\/demandes de service pour nos clients.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9crivez le d\u00e9ploiement du client utilisant Kurmi avec votre offre HCLTech Rendezvous.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Notre client recherchait une solution pour g\u00e9rer son vaste environnement h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, supprimer les erreurs informatiques manuelles, automatiser les t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s et, surtout, r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;assistance informatique. L&rsquo;une des principales raisons pour lesquelles ils se sont adress\u00e9s \u00e0 nous \u00e9tait notre expertise dans la fourniture de services \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e dans le domaine des communications unifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Notre client utilisera HCLTech Rendezvous Automate (powered by Kurmi) pour automatiser la gestion des MACD [moves, adds, changes, deletes] pour les utilisateurs finaux ainsi que la gestion des num\u00e9ros DID. Nous nous int\u00e9grerons \u00e9galement \u00e0 leur solution ITSM pour une automatisation plus pouss\u00e9e. Le d\u00e9ploiement initial concernera 25 000 utilisateurs.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les avantages que vous attendez de Kurmi pour votre client, une fois la solution d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons de fournir une gestion unique d&rsquo;un environnement de communications unifi\u00e9es h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne (sur site et dans le nuage), avec 50 \u00e0 70 % des changements de configuration qui seront finalement g\u00e9r\u00e9s par Kurmi au lieu de se connecter aux PBX des clients. Kurmi \u00e9tant int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 ces PBX et ITSM, nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;au moins 80 % des MACD soient automatis\u00e9s de bout en bout. En outre, nous pr\u00e9voyons d&rsquo;automatiser 30 \u00e0 40 % des incidents et des changements, et de mettre en place une gestion DID sans papier dans les 6 mois suivant le d\u00e9ploiement.
