Your role in the Professional Services team

You join the Professional Services team of 13 people, which is in charge of deploying the software suite for its customers, including project management and technical integration

Your mission

• You connect to the equipment and configure the software solution
• You implement the solution
• You lead technical meetings with the client
• You participate in tests and production launches
• You write technical documentation
• You present the finalized solution to the customer and you support the user’s handling
• You interact with the Sales and R&D teams to optimize operating processes

What you need to join us

We are looking for a person with 5 years of experience with a software publisher, an integrator or an equipment manufacturer. You have a global knowledge of computer systems or, even better, collaborative solutions and business communications and you have skills in Scripting (Javascript or other). In short, you are a versatile person: Networks and/or Telecom and/or System and/or Architecture…

You speak English and you would like to work in a multicultural environment.

You are resourceful, proactive, solution-oriented with good analytical skills. Organized and methodical, you know how to take a step back and are able to manage several projects simultaneously. Dynamic in nature, for you team spirit is essential to the proper functioning of a project.

What sets you apart is your versatility in infrastructure combined with one of the following areas of expertise: IP networks, ToIP Cisco or Microsoft (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, etc.), collaborative tools (voice and instant messaging, web conferencing) , Linux/Windows Server systems, or even JavaScript/Bash/Python scripting.
