Your role in the QA team

You join the Quality Assurance team within the R&D department of more than 25 people. Like any member of this team, you participate in the organizational, technical and technological choices to meet our current needs but also to build our software of tomorrow.

Your mission is broken down into several main areas

You are involved in the validation of the functionalities of our software suite

You take charge of writing and executing test plans on the evolutionary and corrective versions of our products.

You enrich our automated test base

Integrated into our continuous integration chain

You participate in discussions on new features

With the developers and the Product Owner.

Integrated into the QA team

You work on recent technologies and propose solutions to improve our organization and our test environment (continuous integration, automation, etc.).

Technical Environment

Kurmi’s technical environment is organized around the following technologies and tools: Jira (activity tracking, bugs), SquashTM, Gitlab CI, Sonar, and for automated tests: RobotFramework as well as the proprietary Kurmi test framework (JavaScript ).

Developments are carried out in Java/JEE (with XML, Soap/Rest API, etc.).

Your role in the Connectors & Services team

You join the Connectors & Services team within the R&D Department of more than 25 people. In collaboration with a product owner, the team leader / scrum master and the test team, you develop and integrate new services and equipment to enrich the Kurmi offer, strategic to its development. You also participate in the technological evolution of the product as well as in the continuous improvement process.

Your mission is broken down into several main areas

Development

Take charge of the development environment, develop functionalities, integrate new business communications solutions into the KURMI software suite, set up unit tests.

Maintenance

Support for fixing bugs or answering questions about versions already with customers.

Continuous improvement

Contribute to cross-functional work on improving our tools, our product and our internal processes

Technical Environment

Development (JAVA/JEE, XML, Soap/Rest API), automatic tests (Javascript, Java, Mockito…), tools (Sonar, Gitlab, Intellij, JIRA),…

In addition to the Kurmi environment, you are required to work on many different technologies used by the Kurmi partners for which you develop connectors (Microsoft Office365, Cisco, Avaya, etc.).

Your role in the Core team

You join the Core team within the R&D Department of more than 25 people. In collaboration with a product owner, the team leader / scrum master and the test team, you work on the central and strategic functionalities of the Kurmi solution. You also participate in the technological development of the software suite as well as in the continuous improvement process.

Your mission is broken down into several main areas

Development

Develop Core functionalities, set up automatic tests, tool existing code, produce quality code, improve and ensure the operational maintenance of continuous integration.

Maintenance

Support for bug fixes, answers to customer and internal questions (support team, customer project teams, etc.).

Continuous improvement

Contribution to the improvement of practices by proposing and implementing new ideas, sharing of good practices.

Activity tracking

Report on a daily basis (daily or other occasion) a status of activities, report difficulties, anticipate the implementation schedule.

You join the Professional Services team of 13 people, which is in charge of deploying the software suite for its customers, including project management and technical integration

• You connect to the equipment and configure the software solution

Your role in the UX/UI team

Within the R&D Department of 40 people, you join the UX/UI team today made up of 2 fullstack developers, a team leader (also Scrum master) and a tester.

The role of the UX/UI team is to develop and maintain the interface generation framework and to develop the page generation solution.

Your mission is broken down into several main areas

Development

Design of graphic components, development of the interface generation framework. Interfacing these with the data models, the backend part and the internal and external APIs.

Maintenance

Support for bug fixes, answers to customer and internal questions (support team, customer project teams, etc.). Graphic improvement or adaptation of the existing one.

Continuous improvement

Contribution to the improvement of practices by proposing and implementing new ideas, sharing of good practices.
