Our latest version reinforces the performance of Kurmi Software suite, which is continuously enhanced with new connectors and now supports the management of Cisco Broadworks environments. With Kurmi you can now manage your Alcatel, Avaya, Microsoft and Cisco environments (CUCM, HCS and BroadWorks) from a single interface.
This version, released at the beginning of 2020, offers you numerous developments.
Here is a list of some of the new features in 7.1.0:
Closer to Cisco
A long-term partnership with the American firm Cisco and its Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) involving closely monitoring the manufacturer’s updates. Cisco Gateways 400 and 450 can now be easily accessed and configured from the single Kurmi administration portal.
A significant amount of the parameters supplied by Cisco were already available and configurable with the Kurmi suite. Through their integrator or Kurmi experts, it is now possible for our customers to cover almost all the fields of their CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager).
The DialPlan that Kurmi supplies by default for Cisco environments now includes the dial plans of Chile, Argentina, El Salvador, Honduras, the Dominican Republic and Colombia.
Ergonomics and accessibility to the core
Kurmi is strengthening its compatibility with accessibility standards by adding new colors to its administration portal. The recommendations issued by the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) thus allow people with disabilities to use the Kurmi interfaces more easily.
The new version offers increased visibility to make it easier to find and choose sites and / or departments. The search for a specific department is now intuitive thanks to the tree structure offered by Kurmi. Ease of execution and precious time savings when creating your users!
For our Service Provider customers, a new view of the progress of Customer Onboarding scenarios has been added to the traditional view. This second view provides an overview of a scenario’s progression. More readable and more concise, it allows faster deployment of UCaaS offers.
