Objective:
Master the advanced customization features of Kurmi Provisioning Suite based on scripting tools.
Prerequisites: Systems Admin Training
Skills:
- Participants must have technical skills in Web development (DevOps), particularly JavaScript, XML, JSON, and be familiar with Web Services like SOAP and REST.
Curriculum:
The curriculum described below is for information purposes, and can be adapted on a case-by-case basis. Practical exercises will be carried out throughout the training.
Module 1: Service Factory
Duration: 1.5 days
This module focuses on how to use Service Factory in Kurmi Provisioning Suite. Attendees will learn how to:
- Develop new services or modify the default services.
- Define the components to be created in the UC System and define the rules describing the configuration to be applied in accordance with the design of Client Services.
Module 2: SDK Connector – Southbound Interfaces
Duration: 1 day
This module focuses on how to use the SDK Connector functionality in Kurmi Provisioning Suite. Participants will learn how to:
- Develop their own connectors for Kurmi Provisioning Suite for Enterprises, Kurmi’s Self-Service Portal and Kurmi Provisioning Suite for MSPs.
- Develop interfaces for equipment using REST Web Services, Command Line Interface, or Configuration Files for their admin needs.
Module 3: Quick Features
Duration: 1.5 days
This module focuses on how to use Kurmi’s API Quick Features.
Participants will learn how to:
- Develop their own pages and forms for obtaining information from the system or starting service provisioning.
- Develop features for managing existing services.
Module 4: SOAP Web Service/XML Session – Northbound Interfaces
Duration: 1 day
This module focuses on how to use the SOAP Web Services/XML Northbound Interface of Kurmi Provisioning Suite. Participants will learn how to:
- Understand the functions available in the Web Services
- How to use them for their own needs
