New York City— September 3, 2024 — Kurmi today announced a new integration with ServiceNow that streamlines how IT teams manage their unified communication (UC) services and users. The joint effort enables ServiceNow customers to easily manage a diverse set of communications systems and users with precision, security and minimal effort—thereby driving more value for customers.
ServiceNow’s expansive partner ecosystem and partner program is critical in supporting the $275 billion forecasted market opportunity through 2026 for the Now Platform. As a Registered Build Partner, the certified integration provides a seamless connection between ServiceNow and Kurmi, enabling IT admins and helpdesk teams to complete routine UC tasks within their ServiceNow instance, and is available in the ServiceNow Store.
With this new application, IT teams can quickly resolve tickets for tasks like creating or deleting users, assigning phone numbers and resetting PINs across their UC ecosystem, including Cisco UCM, Webex and Microsoft Teams. Once a request is approved in ServiceNow, the change is automatically implemented via Kurmi’s API, eliminating the need for manual intervention and minimizing the risk of human error. This zero-touch automation accelerates ticket resolution and significantly boosts end-user satisfaction.
