Skype for Business’s native control panel requires outdated and no longer supported applications to run. Both Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Silverlight are no longer supported and are susceptible to security vulnerabilities. The Microsoft Teams Call Queues feature allows companies to assign a reference telephone number for a group or department – which then can ring through to multiple people. Response Groups can be customized in various ways to include a welcome message or to determine how and in what order all participants’ phones ring. Kurmi helps to streamline Response Group management, allowing you to add the user as a Response Group agent when the user is created. Daily management can also be delegated to a local helpdesk, whose permission set can be customized by geography or internal security requirements.
